About Lapad

Lapad centres on Uvala Lapad bay and the car-free Šetalište kralja Zvonimira promenade lined with restaurants, hotels and bars, with the wooded Petka hills behind for walking and Sunset Beach for gentle pebble shores, a family favourite. Housing ranges from apartments to villas, generally newer and more spacious than the Old Town, and a short bus ride keeps the historic core close. It is one of Dubrovnik's most liveable and steadily appreciating addresses.
