Oludeniz is one of the world's most photographed beaches, the Blue Lagoon and Belcekiz beach backed by Babadag mountain, a global paragliding capital. It is Fethiye's premium resort address. Resort apartments and villas command higher prices and strong seasonal yields; the trade-off is intense summer seasonality and protected-zone building limits around the lagoon.
