Camino Villarrica

The Camino Villarrica runs along the southern shore of Lake Villarrica connecting Pucón to its sister town Villarrica, threading past lakeside condominiums, gated communities and parcels with direct water and volcano views. It blends resort access with a quieter, more residential and slightly more affordable feel than central Pucón. For investors this corridor is the value-and-growth midpoint. Condominium plots along the lake route start near 1,650 UF, and built lakeside homes trade around CLP 2.5-3.5 million/m² (USD 2,600-3,600). It captures the southern-region price momentum (new apartments up ~14.6% YoY in Q3 2025) with solid short-let yields of roughly 6-7%. Year-round residents from both towns also support long-term rental demand, giving the strip a more balanced occupancy profile than purely seasonal pockets.
