About Centar

Centar is the part of Sarajevo where the city does its official and commercial business. Austro-Hungarian facades line streets that run from the Marijin Dvor towers down to the Ferhadija promenade, and embassies, ministries and the main malls cluster here. It is the most walkable and amenity-dense district in the capital. For investors, Centar offers the city's most recognizable and liquid stock, with steady tourist-driven short-stay demand. The trade-off is Sarajevo's overall scale: this is a small market where premium prices compress yields and resale can be slower than in larger European capitals.
